SAL40201E -- CCSDS compatible Reed-Solomon encoder

The SAL40201E
product is a systematic 16 error-correcting Reed-Solomon encoder device over the field GF(256),
whose primitive polynomial is p(x) = x8 +
x7 + x2 + x + 1. It is
capable of very high speed operation. Its coefficients are taken from the
generator polynomial g(x) = ∏(x-α11j),
(where j ranges from 112 to 143).
